The 3D printer features an improved galvanometer system and offers a faster scanning speed of up to 12.5 meters per second. The Fuse 1+ 30W is designed for an efficient end-to-end workflow and reliability. New components are intended to enhance throughput and material performance.
The machine operates as a compact and closed ecosystem, with Formlabs’ 3D printer hardware and Formlabs software optimizing efficiency in every process step, from printing to powder recovery and mixing. Instead of taking many days, the Fuse 1+ 30W prints high-performance parts in hours.
New: Nylon 11 CF Powder
Nylon 11 CF Powder is a nylon-based, carbon fiber-reinforced powder that allows users to create stable and lightweight parts capable of withstanding repeated impacts. This makes it suitable for replacement parts and metal alternatives, high-stress devices, and functional composite prototypes.
Nylon 11 CF Powder is ideal for:
- Replacement and spare parts for metal components
- Tools, fixtures, and mounts
- Impact-resistant devices

Nylon 12
The material used, Nylon 12, enables the production of fully functional prototypes or functional parts, with excellent mechanical and thermal properties.
- With 11% elongation at break, Nylon does not break when bent but returns to its original shape.
- With a tensile strength of 50 MPa, Nylon 12 is resistant to tensile stress and is perfect for structural, load-bearing, or mechanical parts.
- Nylon is heat-resistant and suitable for high-temperature applications and parts that need to be thermally stable.
- Other materials are currently in development.
